    1. What forms of payment do you accept?

    アイコン For the online shopping, we accept VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX and DINERS. For the certification renewal and paid event registration, VISA, MASTER, AMEX and JCB are available.
    If you get an error when entering any of the available credit card numbers, please contact your credit card company directly.

    2. What’s the security code?(CVC/CVV/CID)

    アイコン Security code is three or four digits on the front or back of the credit card to prevent skimming of credit card information.

    3. Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

    アイコン Unfortunately, no. Once an order has been registered, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled.

    4. What should I do if the credit card payment does not appear?

    5. What should I do if a system error message appears after entering my credit card numbers?

    アイコン Please check the following:

    ・Incorrect input of credit card number, expiration date, security code, etc.
    → Enter the correct information.

    ・An invalid credit card number has been entered.
    → You cannot use credit limit excess, expiration date and discarded cards. Please use another one.

    ・If you use a browser’s “Back”, “Forward” and “Refresh” buttons, an error will occur because security can no longer be secured.
    →Close the browser once and input again from the first.
